- How do you know whether you have the beginnings of Heart Disease? Usually there are no warning signs, at least not until much later.
- If you went to your doctor and asked him to check you out for heart disease would he refer you to get a Stress Test or even an EKG without you showing any symptoms at all? The answer is probably not, unless you wanted to go to a private clinic.
- Are you willing to wait until the symptoms become evident, like chest pains and an inability to breathe to name a couple?
